What are the charges for children?
- Ages 0–3 Years: No charges (no additional services provided, no food provided).
- Ages 3–5 Years: 60% of the tour cost (includes Cruise Tickets and meals).
- Ages 5+ Years: Full adult fare is applicable.
What are the standard Check-In and Check-Out timings?
The standard time for both Check-In and Check-Out is 08:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability at the hotel.
How are rooms allotted during the tour?
Rooms are allotted on a family basis:
- 2 Persons: One double bed.
- 3 Persons: One double bed with an additional extra mattress.
Can the itinerary change after the tour begins?
Yes. The day-wise tour program may be modified or suspended due to unforeseen circumstances or operational requirements, even after the tour has commenced.
Are there any additional surcharges?
During high peak seasons, guests may be required to pay an additional surcharge. Furthermore, any upgrades to hotel categories, transport, or extra services will incur additional costs.
What is the company’s liability policy?
The company does not assume responsibility for any loss, damage to life, accidents, theft, robbery, or any other unforeseen incidents during the trip.
Trip-Specific Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellation Procedures:
- Method of Request: Cancellations are only accepted via Email or in-person meetings. Requests made over the telephone will not be entertained.
- Minimum Fee: A mandatory minimum cancellation charge of ₹2,000 per person applies to all bookings.
Timeline of Charges:
The following charges are calculated based on the total tour cost:
- Before 30 Days of Journey: 50% Cancellation Charge.
- Before 15 Days of Journey: 75% Cancellation Charge.
- Within 07 Days of Journey: 100% Cancellation Charge (No Refund).
Important Terms:
Rescheduling: You may request to reschedule your booking up to a maximum of 07 days before the date of journey.
Season Bookings: If the tour is cancelled during high-demand peak seasons, the booking amount is completely non-refundable.
Policy Coverage: These terms include all package components, such as Cruise tickets and other mentioned inclusions.
