Terms & Conditions

Welcome to GoXplore. These Terms & Conditions govern your booking, participation, and use of services provided by GoXplore (“we”, “us”, “our”). By making a booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking and participating in any tour organized by GoXplore, the traveler agrees to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.


2. Booking & Payment Policy

To confirm a booking, a minimum of 50% of the total tour package cost must be paid at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance must be paid at least 3 days before the journey start date. Failure to complete the full payment within the stipulated time may result in cancellation of the booking without prior notice, and applicable cancellation charges will apply as per the Refund & Cancellation Policy.


3. Refund & Cancellation

The Refund & Cancellation Policy available on our website forms part of these Terms & Conditions. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed based on the timelines stated in that policy, after deducting service fees and third-party charges.


4. Force Majeure

GoXplore shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, modification, or additional expense caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, weather conditions, political disturbances, strikes, government restrictions, operational issues, or technical failures.


5. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, delays, accidents, or loss of belongings. GoXplore shall not be responsible for any losses or expenses that could have been claimed under travel insurance.


6. Luggage & Personal Belongings

Each traveler is responsible for carrying and managing their own luggage and personal belongings. Hiring a porter (coolie), if required, shall be at the traveler’s own expense. GoXplore shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to luggage or belongings during the tour.


7. Timetable, Discipline & Instructions

Travelers must strictly follow the tour timetable and instructions provided by GoXplore and the assigned Tour Manager. Disruptions or delays caused by any traveler shall not entitle them to refunds, compensation, or additional services.


8. Health, Accidents & Medical Expenses

GoXplore shall not be responsible for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or medical emergencies during the tour. Medical assistance, if arranged, shall be facilitative only and all related costs shall be borne by the traveler.


9. Hotels, Accommodation & Facilities

Travelers must comply with the rules and regulations of hotels and other service providers. GoXplore does not supply packaged drinking water unless explicitly stated. Aquaguard water may be used for cooking in hotels. Travelers are not permitted in kitchen areas unless authorized.


10. Personal Expenses

Personal expenses such as laundry, room service, bottled water, snacks, beverages, tips, telephone calls, medical expenses, shopping, or optional activities are not included unless specified.


11. Tour Manager Authority & Grievances

Issues, inconveniences, or grievances during the tour must be reported to the assigned Tour Manager. Complaints raised after tour completion may not be considered.


12. Behaviour & Conduct

GoXplore reserves the right to remove any traveler from the tour without refund if their behaviour is inappropriate, unsafe, disruptive, violates tour discipline, or contravenes local laws.


13. Required Documentation

Travelers must carry valid government-approved identification and any other required travel documents. Failure to provide required documents may lead to denial of travel without refund.


14. Transport Delays

GoXplore shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or rescheduling caused by transport operators, traffic, weather, or technical issues.


15. Sightseeing & Activities

Sightseeing and activities are subject to local conditions, weather, government regulations, time availability, and operational considerations. GoXplore will make reasonable efforts to conduct planned sightseeing but does not guarantee all activities in every situation.


16. Photography & Local Rules

Photography and videography are subject to local rules and restrictions. Any fines, penalties, or legal issues arising from violations shall be the responsibility of the traveler.


17. Lost Belongings

GoXplore shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or misplacement of personal belongings, valuables, documents, money, luggage, or electronic items during the tour.


18. Amendments

GoXplore reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version applicable at the time of booking shall prevail.


19. Jurisdiction

All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.


20. Final Acknowledgment

By booking and participating in a GoXplore tour, the traveler confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the above Terms & Conditions.
