Who is responsible for carrying luggage during the tour?
Each traveler is responsible for carrying their own luggage. Please avoid carrying unnecessarily heavy bags. If you need a porter (coolie), arranging and paying for it will be your responsibility. GoXplore is not liable for any loss or damage to personal luggage.
Do we need to follow a fixed timetable during the tour?
The short answer is YES. All tourists are requested to strictly follow the timetable decided by GoXplore. This helps ensure smooth travel and allows everyone to enjoy the tour without delays.
Is GoXplore responsible for accidents during the journey?
GoXplore is not responsible for any sudden accidents, injuries, or unforeseen incidents that may occur during the tour or journey.
What is the Booking & Payment Policy?
To confirm a reservation, a minimum of 50% of the total tour package cost must be paid at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance must be paid at least 3 days before the journey start date. Failure to complete full payment within the specified time may result in automatic cancellation, and cancellation charges will apply as per the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Can the tour itinerary change after booking?
Yes. The tour programme may be adjusted or modified due to reasons such as natural calamities, excessive delays in train services, road blockades, or other unavoidable situations.
Are tourists allowed in the kitchen area?
No. Tourists are requested not to loiter or spend time in the kitchen unless there is a specific necessity or permission has been granted.
Does GoXplore provide packaged drinking water?
No. GoXplore does not supply packaged drinking water or bottled water. However, Aquaguard water is used in hotels for cooking purposes.
Do tourists need to follow hotel rules?
Yes. Every tourist must obey the rules and regulations of the hotel-cum-lodge and strictly maintain the timetable provided by the hotel authorities.
Are personal expenses included in the tour cost?
No. Personal expenses such as laundry, phone calls, snacks, bottled water, shopping, room service, medical expenses, or additional sightseeing are not included unless specifically mentioned.
What documents and items should I carry during the tour?
Tourists are required to carry the following:
A Government-approved ID card (Aadhaar / Voter ID / Driving License) — with 5–6 photocopies and a digital copy in mobile
Birth Certificate for children and infants
Passport-size photographs (3–5 copies)
Basic first-aid items as per personal needs
Personal medicines, if required
What happens if a tourist joins the tour late or leaves early?
GoXplore will not be responsible for any loss of services, sightseeing, or expenses if a tourist joins the tour late or leaves the tour early for personal reasons.
Whom should I contact if I face any problem during the tour?
If you face any issue or inconvenience, please contact only the Tour Manager assigned by GoXplore. Tourists are advised not to discuss problems unnecessarily with other travelers.
Is GoXplore responsible for delays caused by transport services?
GoXplore is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by airlines, railways, buses, traffic conditions, strikes, weather issues, or technical problems.
Can GoXplore remove a tourist from the tour?
Yes. GoXplore reserves the right to remove any tourist from the tour without refund if their behavior is inappropriate, unsafe, disruptive, or violates tour rules.
Are sightseeing and activities guaranteed?
Sightseeing and activities are subject to local conditions, weather, government regulations, and time availability. GoXplore will try its best to cover all inclusions but cannot guarantee all activities in every situation.
Is photography or videography allowed everywhere?
Photography and videography are subject to local rules and restrictions. Any fines or penalties imposed by authorities will be the responsibility of the tourist.
What happens if a tourist falls sick during the tour?
Medical assistance will be arranged as soon as possible, but all medical expenses, hospital charges, and related costs will be borne by the tourist.
